PCTV 74e DVB-T tuner is not officially supported by linux kernel. Fortunately a kernel module for Abilis AS102 chip-set (which is used in the tuner) is available at kernellabs.org developed by Devin Heitmueler. I have made an Fedora 12 RPM package of the driver to make the piece of hardware available without compiling the driver (and installing required development tools). As a EEE PC user I made one RPM for netbooks as well. It is applicable for latest Fedora netbook kernel available at fedora-netbook.com.
